Tired

The last three days I have fallen asleep in the couch right after dinner. Now, watching Ancient Aliens from the History Channel didn’t really help me stay awake. In a way it’s nice to be able to get some sleep, but I usually never sleep during daytime unless I’m ill. So maybe the ancient aliens helped me fall asleep but I think this unusual tiredness more probably is a product of too much work this past year.

Since November I’ve barley had a break to talk about. I did the Christmas Calendar, the Christmas Concerts then dove right into recording a new album, worked with that day and night, went on tour to the US for three weeks and then started promoting the album which is now finally released. So, does that mean I can take a break now and there’s nothing more to do? Not really. I’m already planning for an EP, working on videos and promo for the acoustic version of Florida which will be released soon, and on a couple of collaborations.

But I really like to be busy. Having nothing to do makes me lazy and uninspired. But sometimes you need to take a little break. Good thing I’m going to Rimini for a weekend soon. And maybe I should stop wr..

‘My James Dean’ in ‘Skills’

My song ‘My James Dean’ from my album ‘Jonestown’ (2008) is being featured in the new Swedish movie ‘Skills‘.

‘Skills’ is about Kelvin, an ordinary 18-year-old with an unusual talent: he is parcour artist. When his father who works as a police officer is shot and end up in a coma, Kelvin sets out to use his exceptional talent to find his father’s enemy. His search leads him not only to stretch his limits as a parcour artist, but he also learns about his own moral boundaries: how far is he willing to go for friendship and family …

‘Skills’ recently found an agent deal with Epic Pictures Group in Hollywood. I’m very happy to have my music featured in this movie! Read more here!

My new album ‘Florida’ is now up on Spotify in Scandinavia. It will soon be available in the rest of the territories but you guys who live outside Scandinavia have to wait just a little while longer for the bureaucracy to take it’s time. The blog Spotinews also listed a few new Swedish releases the other day and my album was one of them.

So that basically means that you can listen for free, but if you like it I’m very happy if you support me by buying an album in my shop.
