Sofia Talvik’s Xmas Calendar: #11

I’m proud to say that me and Sophie Rimheden is somewhat of a power duo. We wrote our first Christmas song together, a disco dance hit called “Xmas on the Dancefloor” and Sophie has made several remixes of my songs. She’s known as Sweden’s electronica Princess and she’s just released a new Christmas single that she’s sharing with you in today’s episode of Sofia Talvik’s Xmas Calendar! You can download Sophie Rimheden’s Christmas single, called “Xmas time” and is part of the compilation “Jul på Techno” here.

If you’re in Stockholm you can also swing by the release party for “Jul på Techno” today at Debaser Medis, Coctailbaren 7-9 pm.

Twitterers gets it first!

In May I’m releasing the new summer single. The song is called “Strawberries on my tongue” and captures the essence of Swedish summer, with rainy days and sweet strawberries. I’m missing out on Swedish summer this year as I’m going to Florida to play at Florida Music Festival and start the recordings on my new album, but this song will remind me even though I’m on the other side of the Atlantic.

As you can see on the front page twitterers can download the remix album “Street of Dreamix” with just one tweet and the summer single will also be released exclusively to all of you who follow me on twitter first.
